The Asian mental health collective is a group that is dedicated to providing support for those struggling with mental health both in person and online. They offer online support groups for those who need it.
Community Support Groups – Asian Mental Health CollectiveThe Asian mental health collective also offer individual therapy for those who need it. They have several free programs that you can apply for like the lotus therapy fund (LTF), which offers 8 free virtual sessions or 3 months of in-person sessions for free.
